Full time year-round hourly team members will start to accrue PTO time on day one on a percentage of the number of hours worked. They are able to start using their PTO after 90 days of employment. 

This PTO balance will cap out depending on your seniority.

Managers have flexible PTO which begins after 90 days of employment.
