Guest Services
The guest services team encompasses the heart of all hotel operations. A guest’s experience starts with the reservations team and flows through the front desk agents, the bell team, and the concierge desk. With the breadth of services this team provides, they log the greatest number of guest interactions amongst the Stein Collection team.
At the Stein Eriksen Lodge, we employ front desk agents, bell staff, valets, shuttle drivers, a dedicated concierge team, and ski locker attendants that attend to guests’ on-snow needs in the winter.
At the Chateaux, we are similarly staffed; however, there are no on-snow services as this location does not feature ski-in or ski-out access. The bell team operates complimentary ski storage for guests in the garage.
The Residences at the Chateaux utilizes a front-desk-concierge hybrid model with a versatile staff that often overlaps operational coverage for bell team and shuttle driving activities.
The Stein Eriksen Residences utilize a front-desk-concierge hybrid model with a team that works closely with the valet, shuttle, and bell staff teams to exceed the expectations of guests joining us in the SER condos or one of the 15 homes that comprise the resort.
All properties are served by a central reservation team. This group works remotely and onsite to answer questions, book accommodations, and services, and serve as ambassadors of the Stein Collection. The reservationists receive expert training to successfully execute Forbes Five-Star standards for this important pre-arrival activity.
Driving teams at all properties are responsible for the safe passage of all guests into downtown Park City, the Chateaux Residences, and even the airport. Between services, these teams keep the vehicle fleet looking its best, mirroring the luxury accommodations they serve. Successful drivers are ambassadors of the collection and of Park City itself, providing insider tips and expert recommendations as they shuttle guests.
The bell team delivers the first impressions guests have of each property. This team is responsible for providing a memorable and meaningful orientation to properties and guest rooms, handling guest luggage, and assisting guests with their vehicles to ensure a luxury ambiance. At the close of guest interactions, this team collects luggage, retrieves vehicles efficiently and carefully, and sends departing visitors off with a personalized and thoughtful salutation. Guests entrust team members with the care and safety of their property and vehicles while executing the utmost level of discretion.
Front desk teams act as the hub of guest information and service. From arrival through departure, this team is the go-to resource for everything from obtaining extra towels to ensuring maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner with minimal guest interruption. This team must know all hotel amenities and options as they serve in this trusted advisor role.
The concierge team makes the impossible a reality. Starting from a blank canvas, this team can color a guest’s time with us with expert dining recommendations, magical excursions, and even assistance with transportation coordination.
The ski valet team operates winter seasonally at the Stein Eriksen Lodge and the Stein Eriksen Residences. This team goes the extra mile for guests, offering assistance as they don their ski boots and clicking them out of their skis as they return to the property. This team braves all weather conditions and has a fun time, whether there’s two feet of snow or a blue-bird sunny Utah day.
