Housekeeping

The housekeeping team is the unsung hero of the Stein Collection. From daily service, turn-down, and laundry facilities to uniform maintenance and care, this team ensures each property and team member is looking their best.  

Each property staffs its housekeeping team. The team at the Stein Eriksen Lodge tackles a sprawling property with responsibilities ranging from single rooms to multi-bedroom suites. The team manages condominium units and 15 stand-alone homes at the Stein Eriksen Residences. When not tending to the needs of the Residences, they also provide service for the Stein Collection Luxury Homes. The Chateaux and Chateaux Residences each have teams catering to the unique demands of both properties. The housekeeping teams are the best in the business, maintaining rigorous Forbes Five-Star rated service. Career opportunities and work across departments are always available.  

The uniform department is a small team that ensures the proper issue and maintenance of team member uniforms. This team coordinates with outside vendors to satisfy the dry-cleaning needs of both team members and guests.  

Laundry facilities are located in the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Chateaux (serving both the Chateaux and Chateaux Residences), and at the Stein Eriksen Residences. These teams work to keep the hotel and restaurant linens in pristine condition.
